I’ve spent the past 25 years building and transforming businesses — from global icons LVMH and Suntory, to leading La Fête Wine Co. as COO, scaling it from a startup idea into one of the fastest-growing modern wine brands in the U.S.

My journey started in the vineyards of southern France, where I grew up surrounded by a culture of craftsmanship, food, and connection. That early passion carried me across Europe, West Africa, and the U.S., where I spent years honing my skills in sales, marketing, operations, and strategy with some of the most recognized names in the industry. Along the way, I learned how to turn vision into execution — and how to build brands that stand the test of time.

But it’s never been about business for business’s sake. I’m driven by helping people and organizations unlock potential. Sometimes that means turning around a struggling market, scaling a challenger brand, or guiding a team through crisis, and always coming out stronger on the other side.

Today, through Reid Advisory, I bring that experience to founders, operators, and investors who need senior-level leadership without the full-time overhead. My role is to step in, stabilize tension points, and help businesses scale smarter with discipline, focus, and momentum.

Outside of work, I’ve always believed in giving back. I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, opened Miami’s first contemporary African art gallery, and mentored future leaders through Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Roots Fund. I’m also a proud dad to two incredible kids, who remind me daily what resilience, curiosity, and joy look like.
