My father is a craftsman. Growing up watching him work, I learned that everything has a structure, and that understanding that structure down to its smallest components is what separates an adequate solution from a lasting one. I've carried that philosophy into my professional life. First I deconstruct the distributor relationship, the pricing architecture, the channel mix, the team dynamic. Then I rebuild, better than I found it.

My career started at Moët Hennessy in Europe in the early 2000s. Over the next 25 years, I built and turned around premium consumer brands across the US and Europe: at LVMH, at Suntory Global Spirits, and most recently as COO of La Fête Wine Co., where I took a St. Tropez rosé with early US distribution in a handful of markets and scaled it to 2,600+ points nationwide and $11M in lifetime sales.

I grew up between France and the US and have spent my career moving between cultures, markets, and business contexts that most people keep separate. France to Miami to Las Vegas to San Francisco to St. Tropez. Luxury hospitality to spirits to wine to private equity. On-premise to retail to direct-to-consumer.

That kind of movement produces versatility and precision. I can read the dynamics of any situation quickly and know what needs to happen next. Not because I'm naturally gifted at adaptation, but because I've been accountable for outcomes across enough different contexts that judgment becomes instinct.

Bilingual in English and French, conversational in Spanish. I do my best thinking outdoors and my best problem-solving in the early morning hours.
