I didn't learn this from business school case studies. I learned it inside some of the most demanding brand-building environments in the world — and then went and did it myself.

My career started in the vineyards of southern France, moved through West Africa, and landed deep in the U.S. consumer market. Along the way I spent years inside LVMH and Suntory, where distribution, pricing, and brand discipline are treated as a competitive sport. I won markets, turned around underperforming territories, and managed P&Ls that demanded precision.

Then I went operator. As COO of La Fête Wine Co., I took a challenger wine brand from early concept to 2,600+ points of distribution, $11M+ in lifetime sales, and a national footprint — against entrenched global competitors with budgets we couldn't match. We won on discipline, focus, and speed.

Today, through Reid Advisory, I bring both of those worlds to founders, operators, and PE-backed companies who are ready to scale and need someone who's actually been in the rooms where it happens. I step in, stabilize the tension points, and build the systems that let businesses grow without breaking.

Outside of work, I've always believed in being present beyond business. I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal, opened Miami's first contemporary African art gallery, and mentored future leaders through Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Roots Fund. I'm a proud dad to two kids who remind me daily what real curiosity and persistence look like.
